  • Built training pipelines using NVIDIA NeMo.

  • Trained tacotron2 using with OpenSLR Hindi, Marathi and Odia Speaker dataset for Text-to-Speech.

  • Compare performance between Tacotron2 + WaveGlow and FastPitch + HiFi-GAN on Indic Languages.

  • Training monolingual and multi-lingual Machine Translation models using Transformers for Indic languages.

  • Suggested modifications in DNABERT and Big Bird to gain insights and predict on SARS-CoV-2 spreads.

  • BERT Model for long range interaction, low-cost Cardiovascular SNP-array.

Big Data Analyst Intern – Halliburton, Texas - Jun 2021 - Aug 2021

  • Alignment of multi - channel Time Series obtained from sensor’s vibrations. Benchmarked results using traditional statistical analysis and categorised similarity between the series by Dynamic Time Warping.

  • Bayesian Hyperparameter Optimization on peak detection function.

  • Filed patent disclosure (in process) to accelerate alignment of temporal sequences using dynamic programming.

Deep Learning Intern – Deque - AI platform as a service for Data Scientist, California -Apr 2021 - Jun 2021

  • Automatic Code Generation. Developed end-to-end model by fine-tuning GPT-2 on Python libraries and evaluated the confidence score with TabNine and Kite. Deployed model using flask API.

  • Text summarization and document classification. Developed end-to-end model using BERT, and spaCy(NER) after comparing performance on GPT-2, XLNet, BERT, DistilBERT, RoBERTa.

  • Retail Object Detection using YOLOv5 for CocaCola stock keeping units (SKUs).

  • Built Platform documentation using Gitbook and performed AWS Bucket Pre-Processing to deploy above mentioned models on AWS Platform.

Machine Learning Intern – Garuda UAV - Platform based drone survey and inspection company, India - Jan 2021 - Mar 2021

  • Optimised pre-existing object detection models to monitor highway construction progress using YOLOv3.
  • Automated fault annotations by thermal and PV module inspection, hotspot detection on solar panel images.
  • Deployed the models on AWS platform as well as tested on local server using Docker.

Projects

Marine debris detection and tracking using drone solution Sept 2021

  • Trained YOLOX Nano Object Detection model on an open-source dataset for debris detection and custom Neural Network Regressor for depth estimation using a drone camera and served model using Flask as REST APIs.

  • Performed Time-Series analysis on The Ocean Cleanup Project to predict debris movements on ocean currents.

Automatic Speech Recognition using Hugging Face library Mar 2021

  • Built the Medical Terminology Dataset from scratch by scrapping .wav format audio clips.

  • Used transformer based Speech2Text model from Huggingface library for vice-versa translation.

  • Extracted MFCC features from the speech signal and compared the performance with transfer learning from LibriSpeech Dataset using Kaldi. WER : 3.0% (LibriSpeech Dataset).
